High Efficiency Separation Work by Decanter Centrifuge
Process Description
1. High rigidity rotating rotor
Centrifuge is a typical dual-rotor with differential high-speed rotating equipment. The centrifuge for protein industry has G force up to 3500G, rotor rigidity and unbalance control is an important factor related to operational stability.
2. Foam Crushing Device
During the sinking section, due to the high-speed separation and drainage process , it generate a lot of foam, if the foam is not broken, the protein will be easily taken out as to reduce the production volume.
3. Centripetal Pump Pressure Discharge Device
Centrifugal drainage process is generating foam which possibly causes the jam problem of drainage pipe. It significantly effects electrical current fluctuations of the equipment. “Western Petroleum” centrifuge equipped with a centripetal pump pressure discharge device, so that after the separation the clear liquid avoids the process of throwing at high speed. The device is particularly suitable for the separation of the liquid phase directly into the next section conditions, such as protein separation process, if using this device, it save the middle transition tank, pump and related piping, instrumentation.
4. Clean In Place System
Centrifuge control system with automatic cleaning program, “high speed cleaning → low speed cleaning (multi-stage) → high speed” multi-level cleaning mode, to ensure that every fully mechanical cleaning. Using 360 O high pressure cleaning nozzle for the hood, base cavity, drum outer surface cleaning.
