As imports of crude oil increase, the crude oil head produces a certain amount of oil-containing solid waste, that is, oily sludge, during the transportation of crude oil. If not handled in time, it will cause serious harm to the environment. In this paper, the oily sludge generated during tanker cabin cleaning is separated by hot water washing, and the crude oil is recovered. After treatment, the sediment can reach the standard discharge and reduce environmental pollution. The hot water cleaning method uses the oil content rate of the sand after washing to determine the optimum ratio of the components of the desegregate in the experiment by orthogonal test, and the process conditions of the washing process (adding dose, temperature, The effect of time, pH, solid-liquid ratio on washing efficiency determines the optimum process conditions.
