Centrifuges for Fermentation Industry
Centrifuges for Fermentation Industry
Corn, cassava, rice and wheat are the most widely used raw materials in the fermentation industry. Due to the high efficiency, stability and environmental protection of centrifuge dewatering, the use of centrifuge dewatering technology in the fermentation industry provides protection for efficient dehydration and energy conservation of subsequent processes .Take corn and cassava as raw materials for example, the high sand content in the mash is an important factor that affects the stability and service life of the centrifuge. WPE special de-sanding technology working with high-performance wear-proof material which effectively extend the maintenance internal and service life.

Process Description
A new revolution of centrifuge (two in one)
The new disc decanter centrifuge (hereinafter referred to as decanter centrifuge) is very clever ordinary Decanter centrifuge and disc separator for organic combination to take advantages of each single equipment:
Feathers
1. Much clearer liquid after separation
With disc layer increased, which has significantly enlarge the effective sedimentation area (Σ) from 3 to 5 times. In the case of the same length-diameter ratio, the probability of settlement of solid particles increased by several times to obtain a more clear separation fluid, it effectively reduce the follow-up operating costs.
2. Reduce equipment investment costs
Part of the production process need to use disc separator for further purification of liquid after ordinary centrifuge separation. Then now we can consider disc screw centrifuge instead of ordinary decanters and disc separators, the two processes are synthesized.
3. Reduce process operating costs
In the DDGS production process, more clarified separation liquid can extend the return cycle, while reducing the energy consumption of the concentration section.
